If any part of the platform is offered on a paid basis, you agree to pay any applicable fees and charges in accordance with the agreed billing terms.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in abusive or unlawful conduct.
9. Limitation of Liability
Crimxon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
